The timber industry, like many others in construction and manufacturing has traditionally been male dominated. Women in Timber is a new and inspiring event dedicated to celebrating, connecting, and empowering women across the timber industry.
This event aims to create a platform and a space where women in timber can meet, network, share experiences, challenges and offer support to one another.

Build a Community – encourage a diverse and inclusive network where women can connect, collaborate, share experiences, challenges and offer support to each other within the timber industry.
Encourage Learning & Development – provide a platform for discussions on industry challenges, career development and leadership opportunities equipping attendees with the knowledge and skills to thrive.
