The focus on <strong>digital construction workflows, prefabrication, and sustainability<\/strong> was stronger than ever. It\u2019s clear that <strong>integrated BIM solutions<\/strong>\u2014like ArchiFrame\u2019s approach to timber construction\u2014are key to increasing efficiency and reducing waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(<a href=\"https:\/\/digital-bau.com\/en\/trade-fair\/\">BAU also has a separate DigitalBAU event in Cologne &#8211; next one is 2026<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Demos, discussions &amp; collabs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/archiframe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3150-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29580\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archiframe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3150-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/archiframe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3150-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/archiframe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3150-1152x1536.jpeg 1152w, https:\/\/archiframe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3150-1536x2048.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/archiframe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3150-scaled.jpeg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It was interesting to talk about ArchiFrame (and Archicad) from people from all over the world and talk about their challenges and triumphs in the world of timber construction and prefabrication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of people were interested in how the software can be adapted and customised, plus we also had a few in-depth talks about CNC. Stratznig Holz- und Treppenbau is doing some excellent work when it comes to combining traditional joinery and carpentry with BIM. Markus founded his own construction company, Bauplanung Lindner, in 2018. As a building designer, Markus wanted to be in charge of the entire building process from design to the end result.<br><br>&#8220;Before finding ArchiFrame, I worked with Archicad to create design models, visualisations, and planning applications. For the factory planning phase, I used to have to switch to another program.
